Join our growing team at maxana as a Remote Desktop Support Analyst, specializing in a Microsoft-based enterprise environment with a significant focus on Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD). In this hands-on role, you will provide essential support to end users utilizing AVD, following established processes and runbooks. Proven experience in managing AVD environments through Nerdio is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver L2-L3 support to users accessing systems via Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
- Diagnose and resolve login issues, session disconnects, performance challenges, and application access problems.
- Support local laptops primarily used for AVD connectivity.
- Manage Nerdio-controlled AVD environments, including:
- Dynamic host pools
- Golden image updates (in accordance with runbooks)
- Software distribution to AVD hosts
- Facilitate user access and device management through:
- Active Directory (AD)
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Intune
- Provide operational support for:
- PrinterLogic
- Mimecast
- Zscaler
- Conduct daily checks, adhere to change processes, and escalate issues as necessary.
Role Level & Career Growth
