Qualifications
As a Lead Electrical Engineer, you will serve as the Engineer of Record for dedicated projects, facilitating and leading coordination meetings. Your responsibilities will include supervising staff, budgeting, scheduling, and personnel management.
Key responsibilities encompass:
Conducting regular and thorough evaluations of team members.
Acting as the “Engineer of Record” for specific projects.
Assisting in technical training and mentoring with the Technical Manager and Chief Engineer.
Coordinating and assigning various engineering projects including system design.
Establishing design standards, specifications, and project criteria.
Overseeing construction administration duties such as field reports and RFIs.
Collaborating with accounting to prepare monthly project invoices and manage accounts receivable.
Monitoring correspondence among clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
