Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:Minimum of 7 years in fixed asset or property accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role. Extensive technical expertise in ASC 360 (Property, Plant & Equipment), including capitalization versus expensing decisions, CIP accounting, and depreciation methods. Proven experience managing fixed asset subledgers at scale, ideally using NetSuite or similar ERP systems, along with reconciliation to the general ledger. Strong grasp of month-end close processes and capability to independently manage the fixed asset close. Experience in a high-growth technology, data center, or capital-intensive sector.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Fixed Asset Accounting Lead to oversee and enhance our fixed asset function amidst our rapid expansion in global data center operations. In this pivotal senior individual contributor and managerial role, you will manage the complete fixed asset lifecycle, from capitalization policies and construction in progress (CIP) tracking to depreciation, disposals, and impairment, across a substantial and growing portfolio of GPU servers, networking equipment, and data center buildouts. Collaboration with FP&A, Tax, Engineering, and Operations will be key in ensuring that asset records are precise, audit-ready, and compliant with US GAAP and IFRS standards. This is a crucial role as we prepare for our IPO journey.
