Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction of our Frontend engineering practice.
- Engage in designing, writing, reviewing, and deploying production-ready code , this is a hands-on leadership position.
- Establish and document engineering standards, patterns, and best practices for frontend development.
- Ensure the quality, scalability, and maintainability of our codebase.
- Collaborate closely with Product teams to transform PRDs into actionable technical plans.
- Evaluate existing systems and proactively identify areas to minimize technical debt.
- Develop processes to uphold standards through code reviews, CI/CD practices, and comprehensive documentation.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver features reliably and on schedule.
- Mentor a team of 3-5 engineers.
What You Bring
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a role where you have shipped and maintained production applications with a user base in the tens of thousands.
- Strong full-stack capabilities with a deep-seated passion for frontend architecture and strategy.
- Significant experience with React and/or Angular, alongside JavaScript, with a proven record in production environments.
