As the Lead HR Business Partner (m/f/d), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the evolution of our HR Business Partnering function at Quantum-Systems. Your focus will be on establishing clear standards, driving significant business impact, and developing a team that effectively supports and empowers our leaders.
In addition to overseeing the overall HRBP framework, you will personally manage HRBP responsibilities for specific business areas, ensuring close engagement with the operations, visibility in execution, and setting high benchmarks for quality and effectiveness.
Your Daily Mission:
HRBP Leadership & Team Development: You will build and lead the HR Business Partner team, providing both disciplinary and functional leadership while establishing clear standards and an effective operational model.
Role Model as HRBP: In addition to your leadership responsibilities, you will directly support selected business areas and establish the quality standards for advisory and execution.
Business Partnership: Acting as a trusted advisor, you will guide leaders in organizational development, workforce planning, and addressing talent, performance, and change management issues.
Employee Relations Management: You will handle complex cases (such as conflicts, performance issues, and terminations) in a methodical, pragmatic, and solution-oriented manner, in close collaboration with HR Operations and Legal.
Strategic HR Collaboration: You will translate business objectives into actionable people initiatives and drive their execution in partnership with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Development.
Operational Framework & Interfaces: You will ensure clear accountabilities and effective HR interfaces, allowing HRBPs to concentrate on genuine strategic business partnering.
Data-Driven People Insights: Utilizing HR data and insights, you will facilitate informed decision-making and proactively manage priorities and team capacity.
