BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in engineering or business; or a high school diploma/equivalency certificate with 2+ years of professional experience. At least 2 years of experience in consulting, project management, or a customer-facing role. PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Proven understanding or experience in retail, distribution, and sales operations. Track record of managing multiple projects and delivering results under tight deadlines and resource constraints. Strong problem-solving capabilities, demonstrating ability to investigate beyond the surface for solutions. Technical knowledge of Starlink or telecommunications is a plus. Ability to gather feedback from retail channel partners and translate it into actionable improvements. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in crafting and presenting professional presentations. Strong empathy, active listening, and resilience skills. Ability to interpret contract documents and identify requirements and deliverables.

CONSUMER SALES OPERATIONS LEAD (STARLINK)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the main liaison for a diverse portfolio of Retailers and Distributors.
  • Drive long-term retention and growth of relationships and revenue streams.
  • Cultivate strong relationships to understand requirements and manage expectations effectively.
  • Provide exceptional service to distributors and retailers, ensuring prompt acknowledgement and resolution of any issues.
  • Collaborate with distributors, retailers, production planning, sales, and logistics to oversee order creation, delivery timelines, invoicing, e-invoicing, payments, and credits.
  • Take ownership of assigned distributors and retailers to achieve forecasted revenue targets on or ahead of schedule, coordinating payment schedules and identifying risks.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance processes and systems that improve cross-functional execution, evolving retail channel operations and scaling the business.
