Key Responsibilities: Create and implement scalable learning initiatives, including onboarding, role-specific academies, certifications, and job aids for employees, partners, and customers. Translate business strategies and performance objectives into clear learning roadmaps, curricula, and enablement plans. Engage with stakeholders to identify performance gaps and propose effective learning or enablement solutions. Develop engaging course content and instructional materials utilizing modern learning platforms, LMS technologies, and AI-driven tools. Assess training effectiveness through defined KPIs such as time-to-productivity, quality metrics, certification outcomes, and customer satisfaction scores. Work with product, customer experience, and subject matter experts to ensure training content aligns with evolving platform capabilities and workflows. Guide and mentor early-career content developers by providing constructive feedback, support, and coaching.

As the Lead Learning Program Manager at Ridgeline, you will be pivotal in enhancing the Education Services division within our Customer Experience team. Your mission will be to design and implement high-impact learning programs that equip employees, partners, and customers with the confidence to utilize Ridgeline’s multi-tenant, public cloud investment management platform effectively. Collaborating closely with business leaders and subject matter experts, you will transform strategic objectives into scalable training initiatives, certifications, and enablement resources that drive adoption and elevate customer success. You will harness cutting-edge learning technologies and AI tools—such as ChatGPT and Claude Code—to optimize curriculum management, enrich training experiences, and continuously refine the effectiveness of our educational programs.
