Your Role:
As a Principal Engineer, you will spearhead the development of cutting-edge algorithms and methodologies for sensor decision-making and sense-making across a wide array of applications, including signal detection, classification, electronic support measures, cognitive electronic warfare, and beyond. You will take the lead on projects and proposals, mentoring and guiding a diverse group of researchers, scientists, and engineers across various STR campuses. Your insights into customer missions will enable you to craft comprehensive proposals and program plans that align with their current and future objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with clients to comprehend their specific requirements and national security priorities, tailoring our solutions to achieve their goals.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- Design and implement advanced signal processing and machine learning techniques to address intricate radar and RF sensing challenges.
