Your Mission
As a Principal Full Stack Developer at cosuno, you will take on the pivotal role of a technical leader, influencing the evolution of our platform while mentoring fellow engineers. You will tackle complex technical challenges, ensuring our systems are scalable, reliable, and future-proof.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving the technical vision and architecture of our core product, collaborating closely with our Machine Learning team to seamlessly integrate innovative AI features.
- Leading the design and implementation of extensive technical projects, such as advancing our monorepo strategy and migrating critical services to new architectures.
- Mentoring senior engineers to enhance their skills through code reviews, architectural guidance, and the establishment of best practices.
- Collaborating with product and engineering leadership to identify and mitigate technical risks in the product roadmap for the upcoming 1-2 years.
