As a Lead Qualification Representative at Appian, you will serve as the initial contact for potential customers interested in our platform. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with inbound leads, understanding their business needs, qualifying prospects, and directing qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Executives. This role is crucial in establishing a positive first impression and contributing to a robust and quality sales pipeline.
This position is fully in-person at our McLean, VA headquarters. You will be at the heart of Appian’s growth strategy, working with inbound interest, identifying genuine business challenges through discovery conversations, and connecting prospects with the right sales partners to advance opportunities.
