Position Summary
As a Lead Qualification Specialist at TransPerfect, you will play a pivotal role in our inside sales team, focusing on effectively managing inbound leads and transforming unqualified prospects into sales-ready candidates. Your proactive communication skills will establish the foundation for strong buyer relationships, emphasizing quality interactions and swift responses. A core aspect of your responsibilities will include email nurturing, where you will create and implement multi-touch email outreach campaigns that are both automated and personalized, leveraging marketing automation technology (MAT) to engage leads efficiently at scale. You will collaborate closely with the Senior Lead Qualification Manager and cross-functional teams in marketing and sales to ensure accurate lead qualification, seamless handoffs, and continuous improvement of outreach strategies based on insightful feedback.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Qualification
Oversee and manage all incoming leads from various marketing channels, including campaigns, website forms, webinars, and events on a daily basis.
Evaluate lead quality based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria, behavioral signals, and engagement history to determine appropriate follow-up actions.
Engage promptly and professionally with leads requiring further qualification, ensuring a focus on speed and enhancing the prospect experience.
Conduct research on leads, particularly for high-value accounts, to identify key contacts and buying signals to relay to the sales team.
Monitor inbound activity trends and escalate significant insights to the Senior Manager and relevant teams.
Maintain precise, real-time lead records and statuses in CRM and MAT platforms.
Achieve or surpass KPIs related to lead response time, meetings scheduled, and lead-to-opportunity conversion rates.
Email Nurturing & Marketing Automation
Implement email nurturing sequences aimed at advancing unqualified leads towards qualification, utilizing MAT platforms (such as HubSpot or Marketo) to automate delivery while ensuring message relevance.
Tailor outreach strategies based on vertical, persona, campaign, or intent stage to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
Manage and refine email sequences and templates, testing subject lines and messaging to optimize performance.
