The Position:

As the Lead Specimen Processor, you will oversee the reception and accessioning of specimens, manage specimen documentation, and handle data entry for requisitions. You will ensure the laboratory is maintained in a clean and orderly manner. This role requires a deep understanding of sample integrity issues and serves as a resource for other laboratory personnel. Flexibility in work schedules, including daily assignments and holiday shifts, is essential to meet business needs.

In this position, you will coordinate daily tasks to ensure that Specimen Processor staff fulfill their responsibilities while adhering to quality standards necessary for excellent patient care. This role is on-site, with hours from Tuesday to Saturday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM.
