Your Responsibilities
Oversee team projects, ensuring alignment with expectations, effective backlog management, and sound development plans.
Identify new projects, understanding user pain points and expectations, and developing approaches to innovate user experience.
Create user stories, manage backlogs, and plan development sprints.
Ensure the quality of developed products and features.
Review UX/UI designs critically.
Assist the Engineering team during implementation phases.
Engage with external stakeholders to gather feedback, while justifying product decisions.
Evaluate your team’s outputs, both internal and for clients.
Support sales teams in evaluating potential projects and associated risks.
Mentor team members, providing guidance for their growth as Product Managers.
Report insights to the Chief Product Officer.
Contribute to defining the strategic direction of the Product team.
