Your Responsibilities
In this dynamic role, you will encounter a variety of challenges daily, including:
Overseeing your team's projects, ensuring they progress as planned, backlogs are effectively managed, and development strategies are practical.
Identifying new project opportunities, understanding user pain points and expectations, and determining how to address challenges or innovate through user experience.
Crafting user stories, managing backlogs, and planning development sprints.
Ensuring the quality of developed products and features.
Reviewing UX/UI designs.
Assisting Engineering with implementation efforts.
Engaging with external stakeholders, gathering their feedback, and justifying your product decisions.
Evaluating your team’s output, both internal (assets for Nimble) and external (client assets).
Supporting the sales team in evaluating potential product development projects, identifying risks, and overcoming challenges.
Mentoring team members to foster their growth as Product Managers.
Reporting insights to the Chief Product Officer and contributing to the strategic direction of the Product team.
