Role overview
The Lead User Acquisition Manager takes full responsibility for user acquisition campaigns, handling each stage from launch to optimization with minimal supervision. Daily work includes setting up, monitoring, and refining advertising campaigns to drive strong results. The role requires a focus on efficiency, ROI, and measurable outcomes.
This position offers a clear path to Head of User Acquisition, with opportunities to take on leadership and strategic duties as Ruby Labs expands.
Key responsibilities
- Performance management: Oversee day-to-day campaign operations, troubleshoot issues, optimize for better results, launch new campaigns, and scale those that succeed.
- Budget oversight: Manage a monthly advertising budget exceeding $500K, maintaining disciplined spending and steady performance.
- Facebook Ads expertise: Own Facebook Ads as the main user acquisition channel, applying strong hands-on experience.
- Data collaboration: Partner with the Analytics team to review performance data, address inefficiencies, and find growth opportunities.
- Process and reporting: Keep user acquisition processes and reporting standards clear, accurate, and transparent.
