Qualifications
Proven experience in Learning & Development, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design. Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Ability to assess training needs and develop effective training strategies. Experience with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus. Degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field is preferred.
