Mitsis Group is seeking a Learning & Talent Development Specialist to join our team.

Purpose:
The Learning & Development Specialist supports the design, organization, and implementation of training and development initiatives for our employees. This role contributes to enhancing employee knowledge and skills, improving guest experiences, and fostering future leadership talent in alignment with the group’s strategic and operational standards.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze the training needs of the Group in collaboration with Unit Managers, Department Heads, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in the design and implementation of the annual training plan in accordance with business needs and the Group's strategy.
- Coordinate the development and execution of training programs covering operational skills, soft skills, and operational standards.
- Organize and support the delivery of in-person, online, and on-the-job training sessions.
- Develop and update training materials and manage the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Facilitate collaboration with internal and external trainers and support the organization of training activities.
- Monitor participation and completion of training programs and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Support leadership development initiatives, coaching, and mentoring programs.
- Track training performance indicators and prepare reports and dashboards for Management.
- Participate in the implementation of Learning & Development projects, such as leadership development programs, digital learning platforms, and learning paths.
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Tourism Studies, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in Learning & Development, HR Training, or Talent Development.
