About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous and motivated Leasing Coordinator to assist the Leasing Manager in all aspects of leasing operations. This pivotal role is integral to the leasing team, responsible for managing the entire tour experience, overseeing lease administration, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring effective communication between prospective tenants, current tenants, brokers, and internal departments. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and eager to advance their career in commercial real estate.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing Manager Support

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Leasing Manager, including drafting leasing proposals, Letters of Intent (LOIs), and lease abstracts.
  • Maintain and update the leasing pipeline tracker, ensuring accurate deal status, key dates, and activity notes.
  • Assist with market research by compiling competitive availability reports, rent comparables, and vacancy statistics.

Tour & Prospect Management

  • Coordinate all property tours, scheduling and confirming appointments with prospective tenants, brokers, and property management staff; prepare tour packages including brochures, availability summaries, and floor plans.
  • Conduct property tours independently or in collaboration with the Leasing Manager.
