Join Our Legal Department as a M&A Legal Advisor

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct due diligence audits for M&A targets.
- Analyze new projects and products for compliance with legislation.
- Develop requirements and recommendations for the company's M&A projects.
- Formulate proposals for transactions within business activities.
- Summarize risks and contentious issues, offering solutions.
- Participate in meetings with counterparties and governmental bodies regarding legal matters.
Who You Are
- You have at least 2 years of experience in M&A.
- You are knowledgeable about the approaches and solutions of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission regarding contracts involving corporate rights.
- You have experience with agreements for the sale and purchase of corporate rights, securities, or assets.
- You possess upper-intermediate English skills.
It Would Be Great If You Also Have
- Experience working in international companies.
- Familiarity with international law in the M&A sector.
- Experience in telecommunications.
