Job Summary:
As a Loan Processor at Yellowstone Local LLC, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to our PMR branch offices. Your primary responsibilities will include generating accurate and timely closing documents, ensuring that all executed documents returned from closing agents meet investor guidelines, and preparing essential paperwork for loan funding. You will also be tasked with providing top-notch support to closing agents, investors, warehouse banks, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Register loans in the company logbook to assign loan numbers.
Review incoming files for completeness of documentation necessary for loan approval submission.
Submit all eligible files through DU/LP for automated approval before forwarding to the selected lender. Document conditions and relay details to the Loan Officer.
Package and submit finalized documentation to the lender for final approval and collaborate with the Loan Officer to resolve any outstanding issues that may arise before closing.
Conduct weekly meetings with each Loan Officer to analyze their pipeline and prioritize their files effectively.
Order FHA Case numbers via FHA Connection and Flood Certifications through SMI using the company's systems.
Procure loan documents in the absence of the Loan Officer.
Develop and maintain up-to-date procedures relevant to all functions within the Loan Processor role.
Engage in additional projects as assigned.
