Job Requirement:
We are seeking a skilled Low-Code Solutions Engineer to lead the design, redevelopment, and migration of our Intranet Portal to the Whole of Government (WOG) SharePoint Online. This revamped Portal aims to enhance internal collaboration, streamline business processes, and improve information management across our agency.
Essential Technical Skills (3 – 5 years of experience required):
- Proven experience in creating and developing enterprise intranet solutions utilizing SharePoint Online, focusing on site architecture, content management, and user experience optimization.
- Expertise in automating business processes and applications using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate, demonstrating the ability to streamline workflows and integrate with existing systems.
- Hands-on experience configuring and managing low-code platforms, including business rules engines, workflow orchestration, process logic design, data validation frameworks, user interface flows, and responsive page layouts within Microsoft Power Apps and SharePoint Online.
- A solid understanding of low-code/no-code development methodologies, including rapid application development, user developer enablement, and best practices for platform governance.
Highly Desirable:
- Experience in implementing Generative AI solutions and integrating AI capabilities into business applications and workflows.
- Previous collaboration with government agencies, with familiarity in public sector requirements, compliance frameworks, and stakeholder management.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, SharePoint, or Azure).
- Experience with data integration, API development, and connectivity with third-party systems.
