Qualifications
RequirementsProfileYou hold a diploma in electrotechnics or electromechanics (Bac/Equivalent or higher) and possess at least 5 years of experience in the after-sales service of professional kitchen equipment. Knowledge of cold kitchen equipment is a plus. Given the specialized nature of the equipment, training will be provided upon your arrival. You are autonomous, meticulous, and conscientious. Your professionalism and customer service skills will significantly contribute to representing the company. You are comfortable using tablets for logging intervention reports, ordering parts, and gathering feedback. While you won't be responsible for pricing estimates, you will oversee your interventions. This full-time permanent position is available immediately, with a 35-hour work week. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include a potential bonus equivalent to a 13th-month salary, health insurance (50% coverage), restaurant vouchers (€10.38), a company vehicle, a mobile phone, and a laptop.

Maintenance Technician (H/F)
Your Responsibilities:
· You will manage the installation, as well as preventive and corrective maintenance of cooking equipment for professional catering chains.
· You will efficiently organize and schedule your interventions in close communication with the company.
· Regular reporting on your activities and interventions will be part of your role.
· You will primarily service clients located in LYON and nearby areas; thus, your interventions will be limited to your department, with flexible daily scheduling.
· Occasional travel to Montpellier is required, approximately 3 to 4 times a year.
