We are seeking dedicated and motivated colleagues (m/f/d) for our Change Communication team in Munich, who enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams and are eager to help our national and international clients become future-ready.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Communicating change initiatives alongside clients, from conception to execution
- Developing comprehensive communication strategies and plans
- Implementing communication products (creating key messages, editorial planning for print materials, drafting creative film scripts, speech outlines, etc.)
- Conducting workshops to collaboratively generate ideas and solutions with clients
- Writing, as the written word is the foundation for all subsequent communication expressions
We believe a paradigm shift is necessary in Change Communication: moving away from cluttered PowerPoint slides, rational messages, and corporate jargon towards simplification, emotional storytelling, and authentic communication.
