Your Expertise:Bring your strategic mindset and valuation expertise to make an impactful contribution. You will also possess:A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a professional services firm, investment bank, or a comparable setting, with a specialization in Valuations or Corporate Finance. Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. Strong commercial problem-solving skills with advanced Excel capabilities, skilled at analyzing complex datasets to derive valuable insights. Meticulous attention to detail and precision in reviewing and preparing financial documentation, including due diligence reports and client presentations. A strategic thinker who can see the overarching picture, recognizing challenges and opportunities while crafting creative solutions aligned with broader objectives. Demonstrated project management abilities, ensuring timely delivery of projects. The capacity to mentor and develop junior team members, enhancing their skills and knowledge.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • Developing and presenting valuation models and reports that effectively communicate the narratives behind the numbers. You will evaluate value drivers, industry trends, market benchmarks, and capital costs while uncovering opportunities for strategic growth and capital optimization.
  • Applying critical thinking to complex challenges and providing straightforward, practical strategies that make a significant impact.
  • Mentoring junior team members, fostering their technical skills and enhancing their interpersonal abilities.
