Position Summary
The Manager of External Reporting and Technical Accounting will serve as a pivotal leader within the Finance organization, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of the firm's external reporting, compliance documentation, financial statements, and regulatory disclosures. This role will act as the primary liaison with external auditors and collaborate closely with the contracts and legal teams. A strong foundation in U. S. GAAP, meticulous attention to detail in financial reporting, and the ability to convey complex financial information in a clear manner are essential for success in this position. The Manager will be a vital member of the accounting and finance team, reporting directly to the Company Controller.
As a member of a remote-first team, this role will contribute to delivering exceptional internal support and solutions to employees across our growing organization of approximately 650 individuals, with plans for continued expansion. The Manager will play a crucial role in solidifying our reputation as a mid-market government contracting firm with an extensive portfolio at the federal, state, and local levels. Key responsibilities include providing compliant, customer-focused reporting solutions that leverage technology and continually enhance this essential function.
