Who You Are:
A seasoned professional with a minimum of 8 years in internal, executive, or corporate communications.
Demonstrated success in executing communications initiatives that resonate with and inspire employees.
Exceptional skills in verbal and written communication, adept at tailoring messages for diverse audiences.
Proficient in producing communication materials across multiple platforms, including videos, newsletters, presentations, emails, and virtual events.
Strong relationship-building capabilities with both peers and senior leaders.
In-depth knowledge of best practices in internal and corporate communications.
Solid operational and project management skills to ensure quality, efficiency, and effective documentation.
Proficient in business writing with a solid understanding of internal communications best practices.
Expertise in utilizing communication technologies and tools at scale, including SharePoint, ChatGPT Enterprise, Staffbase (Bananatag), Workday/Peakon, Asana, Excel, and Outlook.
Preferred: Certified SharePoint administrator.
