Position: Marketing and Process Automation Specialist
We are on the lookout for a Marketing and Process Automation Specialist who will play a crucial role in refining our marketing and business processes. This individual will harness advanced analytics, automation strategies, and AI integration to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage marketing automation workflows utilizing API integration tools such as Zapier, Make.com, and n8n
- Leverage AI agents for automating business processes, improving operational efficiency across marketing, sales, and recruitment
- Analyze data from various platforms including Gmail, CRM systems, email marketing tools, and LinkedIn automation tools
- Create detailed reporting dashboards and KPI tracking systems to evaluate marketing and internal recruiting performance
- Interpret marketing and recruiting data to offer actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Develop and enhance lead scoring models and nurturing campaigns
- Ensure data integrity and quality management across marketing databases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing and recruitment workflows
- Track campaign performance and conduct A/B testing for continuous optimization
- Document processes and maintain standardized operating procedures
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Technology, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience working with marketing automation platforms
- Proficient in using n8n for advanced workflow automations
- Experience with AI agents to automate repetitive or logic-based tasks
- Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in data visualization tools
- Advanced skills in Excel; knowledge of SQL is advantageous
- Familiarity with email marketing best practices and compliance regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM)
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing analytics tools
- Knowledge of integration platforms such as Zapier, Make.com, n8n, or IFTTT
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
