Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Marketing Operations Manager to enhance the systems and data infrastructure fueling our go-to-market (GTM) engine.
This role is critical in supporting marketing initiatives through annual planning, managing our technology stack, overseeing attribution, data pipelines, reporting, automation, and operational campaign processes that empower our marketing and sales teams to excel. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Data teams to ensure our GTM organization operates with high-quality data and dependable systems.

Your Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
Collaborate with GTM leadership to establish marketing performance metrics across the funnel.
Develop a metrics framework to assess marketing impact, including pipeline generation, opportunity influence, and deal acceleration.
Assist in annual planning and forecasting by delivering data-driven insights into channel performance and pipeline contributions.
Convert business inquiries from leadership into analytical frameworks and quantifiable KPIs.
Campaign Operations
Support the execution of diverse marketing programs, including events, webinars, lifecycle initiatives, paid media, and field marketing.
Oversee campaign setup, tracking, and attribution across platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Bizzabo, Goldcast, and paid advertisements.
Ensure campaigns are structured effectively to capture performance data across the entire funnel.
Maintain campaign tracking documentation to facilitate performance analysis and reporting.
