Join our dynamic team at item-america as a Material Handler / Warehouse Associate. In this role, you will be critical in overseeing the shipping and receiving of materials while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing orders.

Efficiently pick, pack, sort, and prepare items for storage and shipment according to established guidelines and customer specifications.
Maintain exceptional quality standards to guarantee timely and accurate deliveries to our customers.
Verify incoming materials against documentation to confirm accuracy and quality.
Handle fragile items with utmost care to ensure flawless deliveries.
Unpack, label, and organize inventory items within designated stock locations.
Prepare items for customer shipments and internal manufacturing processes.
Manage shipping through FedEx and UPS, including printing postage.
Coordinate freight shipment schedules effectively.
Utilize MS NAV (ERP) for shipping, receiving, and inventory management transactions.
Conduct weekly cycle counts and support inventory control initiatives.
Monitor the shipping and receiving dock, ensuring smooth operations.
Foster positive relationships with internal departments, customers, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with customs, export regulations, and federal transport laws.
Report directly to the Logistics and Warehouse Manager.
