Position Overview

IEM is actively looking for a dedicated Materials Planning Specialist to join our dynamic team in Surrey, B. C. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and optimizing material replenishment strategies that align with IEM Jacksonville's lean production methodologies. This role involves designing and executing material flow processes based on principles such as Kanban, PFEP, JIT, and FIFO. Additionally, the Specialist will act as a crucial liaison across Production, Supply Chain, and Fabrication departments to ensure effective implementation and compliance with these innovative systems.

This position not only offers the chance to lead the foundational development of lean materials processes but also provides an opportunity to gain extensive operational knowledge within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Please note: This role requires 100% in-office presence at our Surrey, B. C. location and does not provide options for remote work.
