About the job
TrackMan is looking for a Mathematical Modelling Algorithm Developer to join the Motion Analysis team in Hørsholm, Sjælland, Denmark. This role centers on transforming complex, high-dimensional data into precise biomechanical metrics that help athletes and coaches analyze and improve movement.
Role overview
As an Algorithm Developer focused on mathematical modeling, you will work where deep learning meets practical sports science. The main challenge involves taking the raw outputs from AI models, specifically, body key points generated from video data, and refining these into dependable skeletal fits and biomechanical metrics. This process is essential for delivering actionable insights to both professionals and aspiring athletes.
What you will do
- Bridge the gap between AI predictions and product-ready outputs by developing modeling and post-processing pipelines.
- Design and implement algorithms for outlier detection, optimization, and human body model fitting.
- Integrate multiple modeling tasks, rather than treating them as isolated steps, to ensure reliable data for end users.
- Contribute throughout the process, from prototyping to production, as part of a collaborative team of six.
Team and culture
The Motion Analysis team values open dialogue and shared responsibility. Collaboration across disciplines is encouraged, and curiosity is seen as a strength. Team members are supported as they tackle new challenges and contribute to shaping TrackMan’s products.
