As a Medication Assistant specializing in Memory Care, your key responsibilities will include:

Overseeing and managing the medication needs of residents, including ordering and maintaining supplies.
Accurately transcribing and documenting information in the Medication Assistance Record.
Providing support to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care with daily activities, including vital signs monitoring, first aid, wound care, and liaising with healthcare professionals as needed.
Monitoring and reporting any changes in residents' physical or mental health to supervisory staff.
Transporting residents within the facility to various activities, dining areas, and other departments.
Responding promptly and safely to emergency calls, requests from residents and visitors, and potential environmental hazards.
