Role Overview

We are actively seeking a motivated Middle Office professional to join our Leveraged Credit Operations team in Dublin. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities within the CLO Operations team, including but not limited to Asset Maintenance, Daily Trade Activity, Management Information Systems (MIS), Deal Closings, Trustee Reporting, and providing support to Portfolio Managers.

The ideal candidate will also have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues in our offices located in San Francisco, Gurugram, London, and New York.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare Trustee Reports
  • Perform Payment Date Calculations
  • Assist with New Deal and Transaction Closings
  • Support Portfolio Managers
  • Manage relationships with third-party Custodians and Administrators (including US Bank, BNY Mellon, FIS Virtus)
  • Review daily exception reports
  • Undertake ad hoc duties to assist team members as needed
