Role Overview: Multidisciplinary Marketing & Branding Manager
This leadership role sits within WPP Media’s GOAT unit in Bogota, Colombia. The Multidisciplinary Marketing & Branding Manager drives the delivery of targeted influencer marketing solutions for a broad range of clients, spanning local, regional, and international markets. The position is responsible for centralizing and implementing best practices in influencer campaign management, ensuring strategic alignment and consistent, high-quality execution across projects.
The manager leads, mentors, and develops a dedicated team, aiming for operational excellence from initial brief through to final delivery. Strong client communication, strategic planning, and a focus on continuous process improvement are essential to achieving impactful marketing results in this role.
