Job Overview
This position will involve managing a network that includes Cisco, Aruba, Brocade, Juniper, Riverbed, and McAfee devices, encompassing Routers, Switches, Access Points, Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), Virtual Private Networks (VPN), and WAN Accelerators.
 
Key Responsibilities
· Execute advanced systems installation, operation, integration, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal IT system performance.
· Design and supervise upgrades and new installations of IT systems and services, ensuring alignment with Cyber Security Specialists.
· Conduct Tier II/III upgrades of networking and IT systems, as well as storage networking.
· Perform Tier II/III troubleshooting, optimization, and performance management for Internet Protocol (IP), Domain Name System (DNS), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), and routing protocols.
· Integrate enterprise, regional, and local IT systems to ensure continuity of current network operations or manage their recovery.
· Preferred: IT experience including Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6), Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol (EIGRP), Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), Virtual Local Area Networks (VLANs), Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), and Network Address Translation (NAT).
