About the Team

We are in search of a detail-oriented and proactive team leader who excels at solving service challenges and is devoted to continuous improvement. In this pivotal role, you will enhance our technical infrastructure by fostering collaboration between teams and addressing process and technical gaps. Your main objectives will include ensuring operational stability, managing team workloads, and driving ongoing enhancements across our platforms.

This position requires close collaboration with Engineering and Product teams to maintain alignment with product roadmaps and technical advancements, ensuring that the team is well-informed and prepared for upcoming developments.
