Support
Identify and confirm incidents after ruling out user errors or installation issues, and quickly deliver precise diagnostics.
Provide timely solutions to clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
Oversee and facilitate the implementation of incident resolutions.
Respond to client emails directed to our support mailing list: support@nomios.fr.
Document and update relevant procedures, reference materials, and documentation.
Continuous Improvement
Create mock-ups to replicate incidents and devise strategies to prevent future occurrences.
Test the functionality of the latest releases from manufacturers.
Personal Development
Engage in ongoing training, utilizing internal and external resources, to stay up-to-date with new techniques and equipment recognized by Nomios.
Participate in integration projects to gain experience in client environments and production architectures.
Organizational Duties
Contribute to the scheduling of morning and evening shifts.
Adhere to designated working hours to ensure timely response to client calls.
