Qualifications
Profile RequirementsWe are seeking candidates with a strong technical background in manufacturing processes, including casting, stamping, plastic injection, lamination, machining, and assembly. Basic knowledge of materials is essential. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of proven experience in NX modeling for internal combustion engine components, whether naturally aspirated or turbocharged, along with a solid understanding of internal combustion engines and their manufacturing processes. Experience with Catia is an advantage. Proficiency in VA within the VIS MOCKUP / VIS PROFESSIONAL module is required. Expertise in TCAE (Team Center Automotive Edition) is necessary. Familiarity with CoDeP (Configurate e Descrittore Prodotto) and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) is also required. Educational BackgroundA Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering or a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering is required. Language ProficiencyAdvanced English skills are desirable.

Key Responsibilities
As a Powertrain NX Designer, you will be instrumental in the development of automotive engines, focusing on various aspects of the powertrain system. Your main responsibilities will include conducting assembly studies, analyzing potential interferences, and evaluating the outcomes of modifications.
You will also be involved in loading and exporting 3D mathematics, creating components, assembling DMU structures, formalizing items, and establishing functional trees and SFS (Structure Functional Standards), among other essential procedures.
Additionally, you will set vehicle performance targets and assess the program's status against these goals, including preparing reports and resolving issues as they arise. It is crucial to ensure that all programs comply with relevant international standards.
