Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Allied Professional Health. Preferred: Two years of pediatric experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 tools including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams. Ability to effectively utilize computer-based technology including laptops and smartphones. Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Bilingual/Bicultural candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of infant and toddler development milestones.

  • Implement a parent coaching approach when collaborating with families.

  • Engage in various activities including screenings, assessments, child and parent group sessions, center visits, and home visits as a vital member of a trans-disciplinary team.

  • Deliver home-based services to families within the designated catchment area.

  • Work together with community providers to ensure seamless service delivery for families, including childcare providers, medical professionals, social services, and specialists for children with autism or sensory impairments.

  • Manage service coordination for an assigned caseload by overseeing the creation, monitoring, and evaluation of Individual Family Service Plans.
