About the role

Guidepost Montessori seeks reliable, caring substitute teachers to join the on-call team in Kent, WA. Substitutes step in whenever regular staff are unavailable, supporting Montessori classrooms for children from infancy through kindergarten. No prior Montessori experience is required, comprehensive training is provided during orientation and onboarding.

This as-needed position fits those looking for flexible or part-time work while contributing to a positive early childhood experience. Many on-call substitutes later transition into full-time Assistant Teacher roles within the school community.
