Role Overview: As a vital member of the Direct Representatives Team, your primary responsibility will be to promote company services directly to clients, ensuring smooth activation and ongoing support for merchants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit client locations to promote our services.
  • Assist merchants with the verification and activation processes.
  • Monitor and analyze portfolio performance.
  • Provide in-person support and consultation to existing customers.
  • Engage in both scheduled and self-initiated activities.
  • Ensure new merchants in your portfolio complete registration.
  • Support existing merchants in maintaining active usage.
  • Open cases for issues that require escalation beyond your resolution scope.
  • Present product features and benefits to clients compellingly.
  • Travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.
