Role Overview: As a vital member of the Direct Representatives Team, your primary responsibility will be to promote company services directly to clients, ensuring smooth activation and ongoing support for merchants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit client locations to promote our services.
- Assist merchants with the verification and activation processes.
- Monitor and analyze portfolio performance.
- Provide in-person support and consultation to existing customers.
- Engage in both scheduled and self-initiated activities.
- Ensure new merchants in your portfolio complete registration.
- Support existing merchants in maintaining active usage.
- Open cases for issues that require escalation beyond your resolution scope.
- Present product features and benefits to clients compellingly.
- Travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.
