Qualifications:1-2 years of relevant experience in Business/Commercial Planning, Business Analysis, or similar roles, preferably in retail or e-commerce. A degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business with a robust analytical foundation. Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into strategic insights and communicate effectively across departments. Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a significant advantage. Fluent in both Italian and English; knowledge of a third language is a plus. Proficient in managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a dynamic, high-growth environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority and provide clarity in complex situations.

Join our dynamic HQ team in Milan as an Online Business Analyst. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a strategic liaison for various cross-functional stakeholders including Store Management, Marketing, Operations, and Logistics. Your mission will be to drive data-informed decision-making and enhance business performance through sophisticated planning, analysis, and forecasting.

As a key contributor, you will spearhead performance reviews, develop agile planning frameworks, and collaborate with various business units to convert insights into actionable initiatives. You will oversee the advancement of reporting tools and strategically interpret data to support growth, optimize inventory efficiency, and enhance market responsiveness.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead performance review meetings (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to identify risks and opportunities, and assist in developing corrective action plans.

  • Manage open-to-buy planning and forecasting activities by market, channel, and store, working closely with Buying and Replenishment teams.

  • Track and enhance sell-through performance to maximize inventory turnover and profitability.

  • Design and refine standardized, automated reporting tools to improve internal capabilities and facilitate decision-making.

  • Provide regular business performance reviews and strategic insights to Store Management and Brand Partnership teams, supporting and challenging them as necessary.

  • Contribute to defining business KPIs and serve as a reference point for performance analytics across the organization.
