Requirements
Working at Kabouterhuis means being part of an environment where everyone is united by a common purpose: supporting young children and their parents. Infants, toddlers, and preschoolers are incredibly vulnerable, and every step in their development matters.
Our teams are passionate, multidisciplinary, and always stand by each other and the parents. Collaboration is not just a slogan here but a daily practice that fosters long-term commitment from our staff. You'll join a warm, engaged group of professionals where equality is the norm, and you can always rely on your colleagues.
The Target Group - What Makes Our Work Meaningful!
We are dedicated to the very young child. You will work with families experiencing significant challenges, where vulnerability is pronounced. Together with various disciplines, you will piece together the whole picture: What are the true needs of this young child and their immediate environment? This makes the work both challenging and deeply meaningful.
To ensure we continue to learn and grow together, we operate according to the Infant Mental Health (IMH) principle. We always view the young child in the context of their upbringing: the relationship with parents, their network, and the environment. This requires a systemic perspective, an open attitude, and extensive knowledge of development, attachment, and regulation.
Are you ready to make a difference for young children together?
