The Role
We are seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to spearhead enterprise-wide process standardization, data-driven continuous improvement initiatives, and strategic scalability to meet the dynamic demands of our customers. This pivotal leadership position is part of our Data Center organization, which encompasses Data Center Operations, Construction, and Design Engineering.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and process mapping to enhance operations, supply chain management, maintenance, and incident response; perform audits, root-cause analyses, and post-implementation evaluations.
- Establish global KPIs, dashboards, SOPs/EOPs/MOPs, and training protocols; integrate automation and AI/ML solutions for predictive maintenance, as well as PDCA cycles to ensure continuous operational uptime (99.999%+).
- Manage budgeting, vendor relationships, construction commissioning, risk and compliance (ISO, SOC, ESG), and cross-site standardization.
