Your Responsibilities Include:
CRM & Client Systems (Primary Focus)
- Establish and enhance our Go High Level CRM from the ground up
- Design automated workflows for client onboarding and service delivery
- Create dashboards and reports for effective client relationship management
- Develop systems that empower our principals to prioritize revenue generation
Business Automation & AI Integration
- Spot opportunities to automate redundant tasks across all business areas
- Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, automation platforms) to boost efficiency
- Develop scalable templates, workflows, and procedures
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies that could benefit the organization
Back-Office Operations
- Oversee all administrative tasks including scheduling and documentation
- Collaborate with external service providers (CPAs, attorneys, compliance partners)
- Manage client communications with utmost professionalism
- Maintain organized digital filing systems and documentation
Client Experience & Communication
- Engage in client-facing Zoom calls with confidence and professionalism
- Assist with client onboarding and ongoing relationship management
- Ensure all client interactions reflect the premium positioning of the firm
- Act as a vital link between clients and our principals
