Role Overview: Operations Associate, Shareholder Disclosure

Based in Kuala Lumpur, this role sits at the core of our Operations team. The Operations Associate supports operational execution and client service using the Proxymity platform and related systems. As the company grows, this position offers the chance to take on new responsibilities and contribute to key business activities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Carry out Disclosure processes and control activities according to established procedures and policies.
  • Handle Disclosure-related queries, meeting agreed KPIs.
  • Monitor current and future workloads to ensure smooth operations.
  • Complete daily tasks with attention to client satisfaction.
  • Question existing processes and suggest improvements where possible.
  • Recommend ways to improve processes, platforms, and control environments.
  • Take part in projects focused on process improvement and operational testing.
  • Review and follow Standard Operating Procedures, keeping them up to date.
  • Pursue opportunities for self-development.
  • Work towards team goals and objectives.
  • Help train new team members.
  • Promote inclusion and belonging by setting a positive example.
  • Handle escalations appropriately.
