Key ResponsibilitiesLead Property Turnovers: Manage the entire apartment preparation process, from coordinating housekeeping and maintenance teams to conducting thorough inspections prior to guest arrivals. Own Onsite Readiness: Assemble furniture, troubleshoot WiFi and technical setups, and perform minor repairs to guarantee that each apartment meets our quality standards before move-in. Field Coordination & Team Supervision: Serve as the primary contact in the field, overseeing relationships with external vendors, housekeeping personnel, and building staff to ensure seamless operations. Perform Quality Control: Execute comprehensive property inspections utilizing mobile checklists, identify issues, and ensure that every space meets our cleanliness, functionality, and design criteria. Hands-On Support: Provide immediate assistance with urgent matters—whether it's replacing furniture, repairing appliances, supplying essentials, or addressing guest lockouts. Drive Efficiency: Manage and oversee our corporate vans and inventory, ensuring that supplies and tools are consistently available and organized. Requirements2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead position—preferably in fields such as operations, facilities management, hospitality, or housekeeping. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
