Qualifications

Contribute to the creation and implementation of strategic plans, goals, and objectives that align with the company’s vision. Ensure compliance with operating standards, systems, policies, procedures, and performance metrics. Foster a work environment that promotes positive communication, team cohesion, and adherence to Carvana’s core values. Manage the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training of supervisory staff. Implement consistent training and certification processes for employee progression. Provide competency-based feedback through training and mentorship for leads and associates. Ensure sufficient production capacity and assist in production planning. Adhere to all health, safety, and loss prevention guidelines.
