As an Operations Manager specializing in IAM and Office365, you will spearhead global operational support and delivery for GIS supported services, which include Active Directory (AD), Identity and Authentication Management (IAM), and the O365 suite (Microsoft Exchange).
Your responsibilities will encompass aligning local and global processes, executing tasks in accordance with our Operational Level Agreements (OLA) and Service Level Agreements (SLA) to ensure the highest quality of service (QoS) and availability of GIS services within our Infrastructure and Application Portfolio, addressing the business needs and priorities of our clients.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical background across multiple domains, including server, network, application support, and email systems, particularly with O365.
Proficiency in client engagement and management is essential, especially in complex, matrixed organizational structures.
Additionally, you will leverage your strong expertise in Service Operations and your knowledge of ITIL practices to manage remote and offshore teams effectively, fostering collaboration within a multicultural environment.
