THE POSITION
We are seeking a Manager of Operations to join our Clinical and Customer Support Operations (CCSO) team.
In this capacity, you will oversee and enhance the daily operations of Maple’s national network of healthcare providers. You will lead a team that ensures providers receive optimal support, operational processes function seamlessly, and performance objectives are consistently achieved.
This role involves collaboration across various departments, including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, to align provider network operations with Maple’s strategic vision. Ideal candidates will possess strong operational skills, be comfortable navigating complexity, lead teams effectively, and enhance systems within a dynamic, regulated environment.
